- New Installation of Hardware & Software FREE if same hardware/software purchased from MCIT and will be included in the contract.
- New Installation of Hardware & Software if purchased from other reseller free for minor work, and will be chargeable for major ones; in the existing setup. Charges would be decided upon the scope of work.
- System (Desktops / Laptops) should cover major updates OS, health check of devices on both side (hardware and software), Patches up grades, Antivirus upgrade and backup of data.
- Servers and Storage Hardware Basic Diagnosis & Trouble shooting included. Basic Software diagnosis included. Symantec basic trouble shooting and patches upgrade included.
- Lotus Domino Server based support included (Server & User End Points Email Retrieving diagnosis included).
- Network Appliances basic hardware diagnosis and software trouble shooting included.
- Hand held devices / Touch PADs software and hardware diagnosis as well as basic support included.
- Video Conferencing hardware and software basic support included.
- Mac hardware & Software diagnostic support included.
- Audio player Testing and diagnosis included.
- Access control basic trouble shooting included.
- UPS battery checkups, health reports, connectivity and hardware basic support included.
- Basic cable testing also included in the support.
